SEIBU HONKAWAGOE PePe is a shopping center directly connected to the Seibu Honkawagoe Station, the gateway to the popular tourist spot known as the "Koedo Kawagoe." The shopping center offers not only fashion, but 100-yen shops and cafes / restaurants as well. Japanese-style Kawagoe confections are also sold.
